ADV Weenie - ADV Cannonball

ADV Weenie

ADV is pronounced as 3 separate letters /a-d-v/.

Weenie is pronounced /wee-nee/.

Definition: An adventure bike rider who spends an inordinate amount of time lecturing and commenting about adventure bikes and less time actually crushing miles. ADV Weenies will often start comments with “Well technically…” or “According to what I read on the internet"…

Entering the ADV Cannonball can help you avoid becoming an ADV Weenie. Completing the event without whining, complaining, and tattle-tailing will surely cement your credentials as an ADV Cannonball Badass.

Rally Check-In

The in-person check-in process at the official hotel on Day -1 or Day 0.

  • Signing the Rally Waver

  • Document verification (Drivers License, Motorcycle Insurance and Registration)

  • Application and verification of Rally Livery

  • Receiving the welcome packet

Rally Waver

A legal document indemnifying ADV Cannonball LLC from all liability.

Rally Notice(s)

These are official rally information notices that may contain important instructions or changes. It is the responsibility of every competitor to visit the official rally webpage each day before leaving the rally hotel. Notices are typically posted before midnight each day.

Rally Livery

Super cool stickers with the rally logo and the competitor’s official rally number. High-quality vinyl stickers that are easy to remove. These stickers are important so other competitors and rally staff can spot you at a distance.
